If you are going to rent a new house or building your own house in UK or you deals in properties sale then it is must that you Energy Performance Certificate.

Validity period of an EPC is for ten years. If you are selling home then home information packs (HIP) regulation works for EPC because in this case epc must three year old from the date of construction or marketing.
